Since 2010, HopeWorks has been dedicated to removing barriers and creating opportunities for individuals and families in underserved communities.
Founded in 2010, HopeWorks began as a small neighborhood meetup and has grown into a regional nonprofit driving impact across education, health, and economic mobility.
Our mission is to remove barriers so every person can thrive. We partner with schools, clinics, local businesses, and community leaders to deliver programs that create measurable, lasting change.
We believe that when we invest in people and give them the tools they need to succeed, entire communities are transformed. Every program we run is designed with this principle at its core.
These core values shape every decision we make and every program we create.
We honor the inherent worth of every person we serve, treating all with respect and compassion.
We design programs for fairness and inclusion, removing barriers that prevent people from thriving.
We work alongside communities, not for them, building partnerships that create lasting change.
We measure our impact, share our results, and continuously improve our programs.
Our dedicated leadership team brings decades of combined experience in nonprofit management, community development, and social impact.
